The Grand Festivities in Honour of Saint Amaro take place in Ganfei, in the municipality of Valença, on 10, 11 and 15 January 2026. On the 10th there is a dawn celebration with
Bombos São Pantaleão de Cornes, a fireworks display by Pirotecnia de Cornes and, in the evening, a performance by the group
ADN in a covered venue. On the 11th, a solemn mass is celebrated with a procession, followed by concertinas and singing contests with
Alexandre Costa e Amigos and a prize draw. On 15 January, the feast day of Saint Amaro, a solemn mass is held in his honour.
