The Festival in Honour of Saint Vincent brings together the villages of Murteira and Barreirinhas, in the parish of Alcanede (Santarém), from 22 to 26 January 2026. It opens on Thursday the 22nd with a mass and the traditional bonfire in honour of the saint. On Saturday there is a collection through both villages with the
Bandinha da Moca, and on Sunday a mass and the traditional procession. There is a Street Festival, a fair and a restaurant, as well as dances with
Sunset 91,
Foka Energie and
David C. On 13 February, the Baile das Contas closes the festivities.
