The Rancho Folclórico de Vila Nova de Muía is a local folk group based in Lugar de Padim, in the parish of Vila Nova de Muía, devoted to the traditional dances and songs that reflect the pride and roots of the Minho region.
Over the years, the group has taken part in many festivals and arraiais in the area, livening up the Arraial de Santo António in 2024 and opening the Festas de Santa Rita in 2025 with dances and songs. It is one more of the many ranchos keeping Portuguese folk culture alive.
